Our Spring 2019 Focus
Submissions for the spring season are open through February 28, 2019.
We are looking for 300-word max articles that benefit our audience (mostly Christian writers of different genres in our region).
We are asking for articles that have 5 actionable points/tips that our readers can put into practice right away.
For our spring newsletters, we are interested in topics around the following areas:
- How to keep the momentum going after a writing conference
- Spring cleaning for writers (think along the lines of de-cluttering a manuscript or de-cluttering mental space to maximize writing time).
- Writing for short-form writing platforms (magazines, newspapers, other blogs, or devotionals). We are looking for articles focused on why one might want to write for short-form writing platforms or how one can go about doing so.
Note: We ask that you stick to one of these topics, but you are welcome to take your own direction in how you approach the topic. Please keep in mind that our audience is in all different stages of writing and spread across many genres.
DUE DATE: February 28, 2018
