This Christmas season, your generous gift can extend practical assistance to a writer who needs a bit of help in a specific area, in the form of a microgrant. A writer must apply, be a WCCW member, and is carefully screened by a committee. Every microgrant is designed to assist a writer who is already investing in their own writing (there are no “full ride” scholarships, for example). Your generous partnership with us offers a hand-up, not a handout. We vow to carefully make the best use of your investment and your trust in WCCW, and will send a year-end report on how funds are used.
